Returns
At this time, I do not accept returns, do to the nature of the product. However,
- If you find your product defective or unsatisfactory in some way, please contact me directly. I will be happy to discuss and resolve the situation.
- If your products are damaged upon receipt. Again, please contact me with photos of the damage, and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
Total value of the resolution will not exceed the value of the original purchase.
Because of the nature of my products, I am not able to accept returns for personal preference reasons.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact me for details on how to handle that replacement.
