AbbyLou Soap Co. soaps are handcrafted using the traditional cold-process method. Each bar is individually poured in small batches with nourishing natural oils, rich butters, milks, and earth-derived clays — making every bar beautifully unique.

We scent our soaps primarily with pure essential oils. Occasionally, and always clearly labeled, we also offer carefully sourced fragrance oils for certain blends.

After pouring, each loaf is cut and cured for 4–6 weeks. This slow curing time allows excess moisture to evaporate, creating a harder, longer-lasting bar with a gentle, luxurious lather.

At AbbyLou Soap Co., everything begins with purpose, integrity, and transparency. Each product is crafted with great intention and a deep love for detail — from the natural oils and rich butters we select to the earth-derived clays and thoughtfully blended scents that make every bar special.

Sometimes life happens. The good, the bad, the painful, and the grieving in life all have a purpose. In my case, I experienced grief so strong, I thought it could finish and erase my mere existence. At this time I had made a choice to move forward and embrace the pain. Personally, I have always found great comfort in creating, but how could I gather all I love and am passionate about into one sweet package?

Enter, AbbyLou Soap Co. and life changed, by choice. My love for the beautiful natural elements in life is created in each new soap recipe. Whether it was a healing oil, a therapeutic butter, a reparative earth clay, or a medicinal essential oil, I was paralleling element properties I desperately longed for in my own life. Over time and by surprise, I began to heal, within. The sour in life once again became sweeter.
