Calendula Infused Sweet Orange Body Soap

This soap smells like a freshly-picked orange. The sweet orange essential oil dominates the scent with a subtle hint of woody Cedarwood and colored with White Kaolin Clay and Annatto, and finished with a gentle base of oil-infused Calendula. This is an invigorating soap bar you are sure to love.

Ingredient highlights:

This recipe uses calendula in an olive oil infusion in the soap itself to help capture the maximum amount of its skin soothing compounds. Calendula is known to reduce and soothe irritation as well as keep the skin hydrated. Calendula flowers are also rich in antioxidant compounds such as flavonoids, polyphenols, and carotenoids. These antioxidants help neutralize free radicals, limiting the effect they can have on the skin. Annatto is also rich in antioxidants that help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals that can cause premature aging, wrinkles, and fine lines.

Ingredients:
Saponified 100% Shea Butter, Calendula infused Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Organic Corn Starch, White Kaolin Clay, Ground Annatto, and an Essential Oil Blend of Sweet Orange, Lemongrass, Litsea Cubeba, Tangerine, and Cedarwood. Topped with Calendula and Lemon Verbena Botanicals.

 Cut at approximately 5+ oz. All bars are cut by hand and sizes can vary slightly from bar to bar and are handcrafted in small batches for the best quality. Color may be slightly different.
